♡ Peggy Porschen's Valentine collection 2021! ♡

Good morning and Happy Valentines Day sugar hearts!♡

Today I'm so excited to be sharing photos of Peggy's stunning valentines collection, that they released earlier this month ꒰。 › ·̮ ‹ 。꒱ It was such a lovely, sunny day when we visited, so honestly getting takeaway to bring home was perfect!

For our trip, I decided to wear this coordinate from my previous blog post. Liz Lisa's anniversary cake print in the pink colourway with a matching pink knit and beret! I also wore a Liz Lisa shorter coat with this code, so that the print would be more visible

I was so happy that Liz Lisa featured this code on their instagram! The last time I was featured was back in October (also whilst visiting Peggy's, which I blogged about!) so it brought a lot of joy to be there again

For this valentines, Peggy's released gorgeous cupcakes, cookies, and other beautiful treats that were absolutely stunning to look at. The exclusive valentines cupcakes included Strawberry & Marc De Champagne, a beautiful cream and baby pink rose themed cupcake, and Chocolate & Raspberry Kiss, a lovely chocolatey red and brown cupcake topped with rose petals and a raspberry ♡

I decided to purchase both of the exclusive cupcakes in this trip! Unlike the individual cupcake packaging, they were placed in this adorable striped box with Peggy's logo on the top...

I absolutely adore the colour scheme that Peggy's went for in this collection; the rosy pinks and gold details are so romantic ꒰。 › ·̮ ‹ 。꒱

♡ Strawberry & Marc De Champagne Cupcake

My favourite from this collection has to be the delicious champagne and strawberry flavour! It was a little strange to have an alcoholic cupcake, but the flavour wasn't too overpowering, and with sweet strawberry the combination worked well. The jam in the middle was so tasty, and definitely my favourite part~꒰#’ω`#꒱

♡ Chocolate & Raspberry Kiss Cupcake ♡

This beautiful raspberry and chocolate theme cupcake was also so perfect! I found that the raspberry flavour wasn't as strong as I would have liked, but it was nice to try, and the sweet petal details were so lovely to look at ♡ This was also the first time I have tried a Peggy's chocolate cupcake, and I was impressed by how soft the sponge was...!

Thank you so much for reading, and I hope that regardless of what you're doing for Valentine's Day, it is still wonderful Please take care of yourself and loved ones,

Lots of love,

♡ Evie xox

Liz Lisa Spring 2021 anniversary collection! ♡ review & unboxing

Good morning sweet strawberries!

Today I am so excited to be sharing my latest purchases from Liz Lisa, from the dreamy spring collection! Upon seeing the gorgeous close-ups of the anniversary print, embellished with cakes, strawberries, cherries and an abundance of ribbons, this collection seemed absolutely perfect to me ♡

Posing with a Peggy's Valentines cupcake, which shall be featured in my upcoming post...

a little flatlay of all the pieces! How perfect are these shades of pink...

♡Anniversary Cake Print Skirt - Pink colourway♡

The first and most anticipated item from my haul is this beautiful skirt! I was so, so excited when this design was released, as it looked so adorable and perfect for wearing to celebrate my birthday in march, or for visiting cute cafes...

The heart shaped faux pearl buttons with gold outlining really do make this print feel special; I was worried that the skirt would also feature a belt upon seeing the dress, but am so happy it doesn't!

On top of the underskirt and cake print, there is a soft sheer tulle overlay. Although it does make the print a little harder to see in photos, in person it gives this gorgeous volume and elegance to the design~꒰⑅ˊ͈ ˙̫ ˋ͈⑅꒱

A closeup of the print without the tulle overlay!♡ I adore the colour scheme of pale, baby, pastel and berry pinks with accents of light green, white, yellow and blue. It gives this design a bit of a retro feel, especially that of a vintage wedding cake. With the lovely side ribbon accents, it really does feel like a special design ꒰。 › ·̮ ‹ 。꒱

Another detail I absolutely adore from this print are the little flowers adorning the top half♡ The heart shape petals remind me of spring cherry blossom, whilst the roses are so romantic and perfect for valentines day~

The print itself has so many gorgeous details, it's difficult to know where to start! Across the boarder, there are daisies, roses and more petals, tied up with gingham ribbons with crystal heart embellishments...♡

The writing also reads 'Happy Anniversary' across each boarder, with adorable cherry tier cakes, strawberry champagne flutes, an abundance of ribbons. One of my favourite details is the 'happy anniversary' heart shaped pastel and white cake!

Behind the beautiful cakes, there are little photo frames and letters which just seems so perfect for an anniversary print...

I also adore how the lace finishing's look! The scalloping and little flower details make me so happy, and it's so soft ♫꒰・◡・๑꒱

♡Dry flower rose pierces - Pink colourway♡

These earrings absolutely won my heart when I saw them released earlier on in Liz Lisa's spring items! And I was also so relieved that they didn't sell out before I placed this order♪

The reason I adore these earrings is of course, due to the adorable baby pink roses at the end! I find flower earrings so beautiful, and these rosebuds are a perfect example of that. The pink ribbon details at the top and bottom of the earring also add so much to the cuteness♡

Just like most of the pieces in this collection, they are adorned with a gorgeous shimmery heart in the centre! I adore how the light reflects in a pretty rainbow prism in these, and how they are surrounded by faux shiny crystals ♪.*⁽⁽ ◝꒰´꒳`∗꒱

The middle of the earring reads 'love' in a gorgeous gold font, how perfect for valentines month?♡

 ♡Bijou strap off-shoulder knit- pink colourway♡

Another item that I absolutely had to purchase was this lovely knit! Liz Lisa's knits are always so cosy and cute, and considering how cold it has been recently, a cute pink piece to add to my collection seemed ideal ꒰´꒳`∗꒱

As well as these stunning tulle, faux pearl and heart crystal embellished sleeves, the cutest feature has to be the adorable ribbons!

The sleeves have such lovely details too, with delicate ribbons embellished on the sides and a cable knit print. One of the reasons I adore Liz Lisa clothes is for little details like this, they really perfect the pieces and make them feel special ꒰´꒳`∗꒱

Scalloped detailing on the end of the knit and lace embellishments...

The attention to detail even shows on the back of the knit! The gorgeous lace and gem details make this piece lovely from every angle♡

Lace Blouse - pink colourway

The final item I decided to purchase is this elegant blouse! I actually don't have any lace material blouses, so this seemed a lovely addition ꒰。 › ·̮ ‹ 。꒱

The lace is so soft, and perfect for spring; I tend to prefer sheer, lightweight pieces, and so lace seemed lovely♪

I absolutely adore the pattern on this lace; daisies, hearts and floral detailing are embroidered all over, and the effect is stunning. Paired with the interlaced pink ribbon detailing's, this blouse brings me so much joy with its cuteness!♡

The back is lovely too, with details like sheer panelling at the top, an abundance of frills and dainty ribbon collaring..

The jewel ribbon in the centre is a removable brooch, but honestly I adore how it looks so much it seems a shame not to include it! I adore the heart detailing that this includes, its so romantic and girly♡

♡Try on photos♡

I also thought I'd include a few photos of the coordinate I put together for this collection! I decided to style this skirt and knit as it's so cold right now ꒰´꒳`∗꒱

I decided to pair the code with my beloved pink pearl & lace bunny beret, a gold rose heart necklace, sheer tights with fluffy pink socks, pink ribbon boots and my pale pink moschino handbag with a Maison de FLEUR rabbit charm...!

I absolutely adore the fabrics and how soft and comfy these items are, despite the jumper constantly falling down as these shoulder pieces may have been designed a little impractically- but who needs practicality when you have cuteness!

This collection brought me a lot of joy, and I cannot wait to style more outfits with the pieces from it! I hope this was as enjoyable to read as it was to write, and everyone is safe and cosy at the moment.

Lots of love,

♡ Evie xox

♡ A look at Larme 047 & Péche 001...!♡

Good Morning sweet petals!
Today I am so excited to share with you photos of the latest LARME magazine, and their new series, Péche!
Since the last issue, LARME have introduced so many beautiful new models to their magazine, such as Nagisa-chan from =LOVE and Arin-chan of Momoclo! LARME's cover features a beautiful shot of Arin-chan, whilst Péche features the lovely Kirara-chan.

I was happy with this magazine spread, as I had a lovely Lola's cupcake to enjoy after taking these photos! I feel that (although it was not peach flavoured) hopefully it fitted the cute and girly theme♡

I also tried using Liz Lisa's My Melody 2018 Collab print  as a background, and I think it worked well..! This print is so special to me. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

There is quite a lot to cover in these two magazines, so I'll try my best to include all the cute and new points...! Starting with LARME....♡

The concept for this issue was the false persona/self (偽りの自分)  we can exhibit, and loving your true self. I really love this authentic take that LARME are trying to go for, as I also feel that the best we can be is our own lovely, unique person.

The first spread, 'All About Baby Makeup', features LARME's cosme and skincare choices for a youthful and cute look. I found some of the styling to be a little strange (Aya-chan's clothing choice is lovely, but the pacifier? perhaps a little excessive), but the jellycat bunny plush made me so happy as I actually used to collect those as a child, and treasure them dearly.꒰⑅ˊ͈ ˙̫ ˋ͈⑅꒱

I've seen this Canmake 'Creamy touch eyeliner' quite frequently on my insta the past couple months!♡ The recommended cosme seems very cute and on trend♡

This issue also features some promotional photos for Péche! ♡

And the best cosme award for the end of 2020, another trend that influencers/cosme enthusiasts seem to follow...! I found this quite helpful, especially including a variety of lipglosses/glosses/tints.♡

Skincare awards! I'm not such a fan of some of these brands (they can be quite harsh for dry skin) but I was interested in seeing the face cream recommendation

As well as hairstyling and code ideas, Na's beauty spread also includes more winter skincare recommendations...! (pictured later on in this post) I really love how they included more information about the models, such as their favourite video games, hobbies and just generally random trivia♡ It makes me happy that they are comfortable to be true to themselves, and talk about games like Splatoon or COD whilst wearing adorable clothes  (ó ꒳ ò✿)

Another part of LARME 047 that I adore is the format for these cosme tutorials!♡ It's so easy to follow a step by step process like this, and I especially liked Risa-chan's makeup style.

I absolutely loved the sisters theme shoot that they included in this issue. These simple and light floral dresses are stunning!♬

One of my favourite themes of this issue was getting to know the models better!♡ Not only does this spread talk about Hina-chan and Raimu-chan's favourite games (yes, featuring The Last of us !) it also features a little info in the top left about what they've achieved in 2020! I was surprised that both models were not a fan of karaoke, but honestly if I had the choice between that or playing 'Sabage' (which I believe is the Japanese name for paintballing...?) I'd go with the latter, as like Hina-chan says, you feel like you're actually in a game....!

As Nagisa-chan of =LOVE has just started modelling for LARME, there were of course a lot of adorable photos of her!♡ I love the cheerleader and maid outfits so much

One of my favourite pages at the end of LARME 047 is the little map of Kabukicho ! ♪ It was a cute idea to show what the models tips and recommendations for this visiting this part of Shinjuku are. Hikaru-chan's recommendation of Cool Beans Cafe, which serves rose tapioca sounds so lovely, especially if its not very crowded!

I'm also very curious about the porridge shop Mell-chan recommends (Otsu Porridge) that is open 24/7, 7 days a week? I would love to try it too! ꒰✩’ω`ૢ✩꒱

After a look at LARME 047, lets see what the first issue of Péche is like...♡
(cw for lingerie photos that are a little provocative but super cute!)

Péche's covergirl is Kirara-chan, who looks so stunning here! I adore the pink upside down heart (or, peach) used to create the cover image. The concept for this issue is a powerful woman who is born from a peach (almost identical to the story of Momotarō) except, the pretty girl is named Péche!

I felt that this concept was so unique, and also empowering. Viewing oneself as a gift from God might be a little challenging, but it certainly doesn't feel far fetched when paired with Mirai-chan wearing this baby blue set from LARME Lingerie, which is absolutely divine...!

I also adored the cosme for this issue; warm brown hues and shimmery products are so, so perfect... (and the hair setup is so airy and light!♡)

I also adored this spread! eating cute foods wearing beautiful lingerie honestly sounds like every romantic girl's dream, and although Péche writes 'happy, angry, sad, laughing' I feel like I'd just be happy...!

A lot of the lingerie featured here is also from well known brand 'Intimissi, and later on, 'Agent Provocateur'! I was a little sad that some of the other pieces were just the stylists belongings, but will have to keep an eye out for these beautiful pieces next time shops are open♡

Péche also made sure to cover the cosme trend of Chinese makeup brands! How beautiful do they look? I'm especially interested in the FlowerKnows pieces, as they seem to be so girly and magical, especially the palette...♡

And finally, there is a spread on Gender that I had to include...! As well as mentioning the gender free concept that others have been applying to fashion, the discussion about what is expected of women in society was interesting to read. It saddens me that there is this pressure to avoid politics as a woman, and get married soon to please the parents (as well as earning less than men, so having to get married for this reason...), but it makes me happy that this is changing, as more women can become successful. And I couldn't agree more that we should aim to create an environment where the voices of everyone matter equally!

Thank you for reading a little of LARME 047 with me, and the new Péche 001!
I absolutely loved these issues, for their beautiful photos, creative ideas and open discussions.
It makes me happy that Haruna-chan and the rest of the LARME team are discussing prevalent topics and portraying such a positive view of female independence, sexuality and empowerment.

I hope you enjoyed reading,
