♡ Madoka Magica umbrella! / Super Groupies 2019 collab ♡

Hello everyone!

Ever since I discovered Super Groupies, I've wanted to own a piece by them, to fashionably represent my favourite franchise (ꈍ ᴗ ꈍ✿)
And for today's blog post, I'm incredibly excited to be talking about the most recent Super Groupies x Madoka Magica collaboration, specifically the umbrella, inspired by Madoka Kaname..!

The umbrella with some of my Madoka collection..♪

For this year's collab pieces, 5 different umbrellas were released~ As pictured below, all of the main girls got an adorable umbrella representing their character.. (//╹ o ╹//✿)

the whole collection!~ credit: Super groupies store
When I first opened the package, I was delighted to see that the pretty pink colour is just as pastel and cute in person. The umbrella was also very well packaged and everything was intact~

Written on the umbrella sleeve is Madoka's name in runes!~♬
This looks just like Madoka's skirt..♡
A cute little soul gem detail!~♪

When the umbrella is opened, the colours look lovely together. The design features Madoka's ribbons, which she wears as a magical girl and with her uniform, as well as a lace detail on the top and bottom. The scalloped edges and pastel yellow stripes are a pretty pastel spin on Madoka's dress~

Any rainy day will be brighter with a design like this..♡

After using this umbrella both for rain and as a parasol from the sun, it not only was well made but received a lot of compliments ! (ꈍ ꒳ ꈍ✿)

Thank you so much for reading, I know this post is a little short, but I'll be writing more than 1 blog entry this month to make up for exam hiatus!~
lots of love,

♡A look at LARME 041..♡

Hello everyone!♬♪
for today's blog post, we'll be looking at the latest copy of LARME magazine~ (ꈍ ˬ ꈍ✿)

September issue of LARME! So pretty..♪

For those who didn't know, LARME is a J-fashion magazine series for girly fashion, taking inspiration from other feminine styles for a youthful and romantic concept. This series also, like most other J-fashion mags, features tips on skincare, makeup, hair care, etc

Additionally, this issue comes with a 12 colour EATME X LARME eye shadow palette!~

From top: antique rose, brown pink, strawberry milk, blood orange, greyish pink and strawberry~♡
Considering the magazine was ¥1800 (shipping incl.) I'm surprised by how good the pigments are. While it's a little difficult to see on my arm, the colours are super shiny, and much better quality than some other palettes I have, like Too Faced or.. well, Too Faced..
From top: raspberry pink, peach pink, cassis pink, cherry blossoms, pink grapefruit and cotton candy~♡

Here's a photo of what the eyeshadow colours look like on!

Here I've used strawberry, cherry blossoms and strawberry milk, as well as some brown pink on my waterline.. to make this look more LARME style, I would definitely do a softer wing and styled hair, but hopefully this still shows how the makeup looks~

Products used: Dollywink eyeliner/mascara, EATMExLARME palette, Canmake tint gel and Etude house bling bling eye stick~
After trying the makeup, let's open the book itself!~

It seems this month's theme is 'The emotions of a girl swayed by makeup', as shown through the gorgeous makeup shots throughout the book!

Index
This issue also has referencing to where LARME draws influence to Gyaru style make!

Bottom left: the evolution of makeup styles that led to the LARME make~♡
LARME makeup trends always feature a lot of Canmake cosme, which I assume is because its easy to find, pretty to look at and gives a naturally cute appearance~♬♪
recommended products~♡

Fashion trends for this September include emphasis on Tulle, Satin and other soft materials, cosme styles with mostly red and lots of tartan and check, shown in the photos below...

I love how soft and girly these hairstyles are, and will definitely be following some of the tutorials to make my hair look cuter~ I especially think that the styles including ribbons are too sweet, and look so natural!~

As usual, ribbons used to achieve a girly and feminine look~♡
Skincare tips..♡

Soft colours with an emphasis on the pastel pink lip~♡

One of my favourite features of this issue was this section!
At first I was a little confused why pets would feature in a fashion magazine, but seeing as LARME has a lot on lifestyle, it does make some sense~

'The sweet, gentle and pure eyes always heal my heart' too cute!~♡

All. So. Adorable!

Thank you for reading some of LARME 041 with me!~
I hope you enjoyed this blog post! If so, please let me know if I should write more posts like this in the future..♪ ꒰✩’ω`ૢ✩꒱

♡ Liz Lisa summer 2019 haul ♡

✩Hello everyone!✩♬♪

Around a month ago I placed an order from Liz Lisa, as their summer collection (specifically, the bath time bunny and the angel dot prints) was irresistible to me. A couple of days ago, both my dresses arrived and I am so in love with them! ♡ (●o’∪`o)ノ♪`*.+

as they're both prints with roses, they look cute together~♡
Photographing and writing about Liz Lisa clothing is one of my favourite things to do on this blog, which is why I am so excited to share these two dresses.
As usual, here's the store bag included with the dresses~

I'm also really happy because there was no customs fee from this order!✩ Maybe it's because I chose a cheaper shipping option than usual, or that these are lighter than other orders, but it's nice to not have that extra cost for once. ٩(๑`н´๑)۶

Close up of the two pieces..

♡ Bath Time Rabbit jsk  in pink ♡

This dress is so light and cute!
I truly wasn't expecting to like this piece as much as I do, but the little details really do make it special. I'm especially fond of the little heart shaped bubbles and the corset-like bust~
The winking rabbits with hearts around their eyes is such an adorable detail! It does seem odd to wear a dress with baths on it, but somehow it works. That's Liz Lisa for you!
I only wish that it was this easy to clean my rabbit .. (/≧ω\)

bath time rabbit! ♡
closeup of the gorgeous lace and ribbon detailing..
Look at the ribbon tie at the back! too sweet...
roses and heart bubbles are super romantic and girly~✩

The ruffles..♡
I want a bathroom full of flowers like this~~

And here's one of the adorable bunnies!
♡ Angel Dot op in pink ♡

When this dress was first released, I was obsessed with the lace sleeves and the waist detail~
Although I had some worries about the lace being too delicate / going grey in the wash, Liz Lisa put it on sale so I gave in to the temptation...✩
and I'm really glad I did! The lace is so soft, and I can definitely see this being a staple in my spring/summer/any season wardrobe.. (♡ >ω< ♡)

Angel Dot op!
Ribbons and roses~ ☆*。★゚*♪ヾ(☆ゝз・)ノ
Cupid and rose bouquets make this so lovely..

Cupids with different bows!✩
And that's it for this Liz Lisa haul!
Overall, i'm super happy with these pieces and will get lots of use out of them. You can never have enough roses in your wardrobe...
Let me know what you liked about these dresses, or if you're considering buying them/have them!
Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you have a lovely day~ ꒰✩’ω`ૢ✩꒱

♡Traditional Ryokan | Hakone & Yudanaka ♡

Hello everyone!

One of my favourite memories from my time in Japan is staying in some beautiful hotels, surrounded by nature. Outside of Tokyo, I spent a few nights in two different traditional style Ryokan, both of which I loved, and wanted to share the pictures here on my blog!~

Hakone

This has to be one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in. The rooms have a beautiful mountain view and water from the nearby springs for your own private baths. As someone who has never stayed in a Ryokan before, I was in awe by how simple yet pretty everything was

Onsen attached to the room..

(they also had a koi pond which I forgot to photograph, but it was so pretty~)

Yudanaka

This ryokan definitely had a very traditional feel to it, feeling as if not much had changed throughout the years of it being open. While in Yudanaka we spent a lot of time travelling, so taking pictures throughout was a little challenging, but here are some I managed to take!

One of the specialities for Yudanaka: Buckwheat noodles...♡
The snow monkeys enjoyed the weather ^-^
There are tanuki everywhere!
One of the installations at the art gallery!
The traditional style foods were presented so beautifully, although unfortunately not much was vegetarian so I had to give some to the people I was travelling with xD

The leaf plate is so cute!
Beautiful gold details..

Thank you for reading this post! Although it was a little simpler than what i usually write, I still hope that it was interesting to see some of the photos from my holiday~
